      Unfortunately, no. It’s only available for US PayPal accounts.

    Does this offer still stand?

    Also, what about existing Paypal Pro account holders? Can you get their fees waived?

      Unfortunately, I’m no longer able to get this done. The contact I had that was doing this moved to a new position in PayPal and can no longer do this for me. Sorry.

        Some months I struggle to make the $30 for Paypal. Really..
