Product Description
PayPal Here WooCommerce POS Plugin
Our PayPal Here WooCommerce POS plugin will tie your WooCommerce store together with the PayPal Here POS payments app like never before. Now you can easily manage and create orders using WooCommerce tools and inventory data and then process payments through the PayPal Here mobile app. Everything syncs so your WooCommerce store and inventory will be up to date without additional steps!
Process Pending WooCommerce Orders Using PayPal Here
Quickly and easily use PayPal Here to process payments for pending WooCommerce orders. This can be done by pulling up a list of WooCommerce pending orders from the mobile web app provided by our plugin, or by scanning a QR code from the WooCommerce order screen which will load that specific order directly on your mobile device. If necessary, adjustments can be made to the order from the mobile device, and these adjustments will be synced automatically back to the WooCommerce order. When ready, you can quickly process the order using the PayPal Here app on your mobile device.
Create New Orders from Mobile Device
In addition to processing pending WooCommerce orders, you can also create new orders to process with PayPal Here from your mobile device. When creating new orders, product data is pulled from WooCommerce and will always be in sync. Coupon codes generated in WooCommerce will also be available for use from within the app. When ready, you can send the order into the PayPal Here app on your mobile device for payment processing. All order details will be synced back to WooCommerce accordingly, and inventory updates will be applied as expected.

Great plugin and works almost seamlessly with woocommerce point of sale plugin – moving away from worldpay and vend is a near reality for my bricks and mortar store. There are still some tweaks to be done though eg
1. stock doesn’t seem to be reduced within woo on successful purchase
2. Variations are formatted peculiarly on the paypal here app cart (uses the attribute code pa_etc rather than the nice title for instance).
3. Reliance on having to click the new sale link within the paypal here app to successfully transition back to the web site.
I know it’s in beta so great effort so far – eagerly awaiting further updates!

Hi Brian,
Thanks for the feedback! I’m glad you like what you see so far.
1. You need to make sure you push the “New Sale” button from within the Here app after processing the payment successfully. This will send you back to the web app dashboard, and that is where the WooCommerce API calls are made to update the order details and trigger inventory adjustment.
2. We’ll look into this and see what adjustments we can make to improve this experience.
3. Ah, yes, so you already knew that. You’re doing that and the inventory still isn’t updating? That’s really all based on the order in WooCommerce, of course, and the inventory settings you have for products on orders. If you can provide more detail about why you think it should be updating but it’s not then we can look to reproduce and make necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, PayPal does not have any sort of a webhook or anything to trigger post-payment updates. We’ve asked for this and we’re waiting on it, but until then clicking that button is going to be required. We do have other potential ideas in mind, for example setting up a CRON job that consistently checks for status updates to keep things in sync, but hopefully they’ll give us a real-time hook trigger before long.
Thanks again for the feedback and please let us know anything else you’d like to see before the official 1.0 release. Thanks!

This is the best solution for integration of WooCommerce and PayPal here so far. Would give it 5 stars if:
– Creating new orders allowed you to choose existing customers from the site.
– Add Items worked (will not populate cart).
– Clickable link to web app page from the order page in addition to QR code when browsing from the same mobile device as the app.

Hi Kristofor,
Thanks for the feedback! We haven’t had any issues with adding items to the cart in our testing. Can you verify what device / mobile browser you are using? For the other items we will add that to our list for the next update. Thanks!
