Drew, you said that this plugin now works with PayPal Complete Payments. Does this mean that direct payments for multi-vendors can made by Google Pay or Apple Pay?

Your review *Multiple PayPal Accounts with one domain? can you support multi domains, like one domain mapping one paypal account.

    • Drew (store manager)

You wouldn’t need the multi-account plugin for that. If you have multiple domains (or subdomains) then you would have multiple installs of WooCommerce, right? In which case you can just use our main PayPal for WooCommerce plugin and configure it directly with each of the different accounts you want from each separate domain. If I misunderstood something please submit a ticket at https://angelleye.com/support/ and I can help you more directly.

I use the WooCommerce Multiple PayPal Accounts plugin for my multivendor online store at baulogistik-online.de . We are very satisfied with the solution and can recommend the plugin without exception. However, I need help with one problem (a support ticket has also been out for a long time)

How does the plugin behave in the following scenario:
There are 2 products in the shopping cart:
Product A from merchant Mike with shipping costs of 10 Euro
Product B from merchant Tim with shipping costs of 0 Euro

I use “Product categories” as trigger conditions.
After payment with PayPal (PayPal Split Payments), the shipping costs are split 50% between the two merchants.

What do I have to set so that the shipping costs after splitting only end up with Merchant Mike at 100%?

Not perfect, but still the best PayPal plugin for WooCommerce Multi-Vendor Marketplaces. And with the update expected in Q1 2024, that will bring integration with PayPal Complete Payments, it will be better than Stripe. We are counting on you, Drew!

This plugin is excellent. I am having it modified slightly to meet our exact needs, but the base plugin is powerful, well designed and cleanly coded. Additionally, Drew was extremely helpful and able to explain how the plugin would work in a variety of scenarios, as well as helping me understand what to expect in processing fees, and more. Hoping to do business with AngellEye again in the future!

It does not currently, but it’s in our backlog. We have it posted on our crowd-funding platform, too. We started it with $100. If you can contribute towards the bounty (using the Add Funding button) and help us find others to contribute as well, then we can get this done more quickly. https://app.gitcommits.com/issue/wcfm-automated-rule-creation

Thanks for the feedback. Just make sure you have our Updater plugin installed, and you’ll receive updates to our plugins just like any other. There’s a notice in your admin panel to install that if you haven’t already. You can also use your Plugins page as a resource, as it lists the company/dev name of each of the plugins you’re running. Hopefully that helps!

PayPal Secondary Account Rules

Use a variety of condition triggers to build rules that will send WooCommerce order payments to different PayPal accounts depending on order or buyer details.

Order Total
Create rules to send WooCommerce order payments to one PayPal or another depending on the order total.  This is great for sending low dollar orders to a MicroPayments account to save on fees, while all other payments go to a standard account.
Store / Buyer Country

Send WooCommerce order payments to different PayPal accounts depending on the WooCommerce base store country or the buyer’s country.

Products / Categories / Tags

Build rules to send WooCommerce order payments to different PayPal accounts based on the individual product, product category, and/or product tags.

User Roles
Do you have different roles assigned to members of your site?  Would you like to send payments for some user roles to one PayPal account and payments for other user roles to another?  Now you can!
Author ID (User ID)

Working with products that are owned by different users on your site?  Create rules to have payments go directly to the product owner’s PayPal account.  This is great for use with WC Vendors and Dokan Marketplace plugins!

Shipping Class

Send payments to different PayPal accounts based on the shipping class assigned to products on the order.

Currency Code
Do you have separate PayPal accounts that hold balances in different currencies based on your business locations around the world?  Build rules to send WooCommerce order payments to different PayPal accounts based on the currency code being used on the order.
Account Add_Edit Page

This example would send any payment for the PayPal Help product to the vendor@domain.com PayPal account.  Also, a 10% commission would be paid to the site owner.

PayPal Split Payments

What if more than one rule gets triggered on a single order?  No problem!  The plugin will split the payment among up to ten separate PayPal accounts on a single order!

  • Pay multiple product vendors
  • Send commissions to your own account
  • Manage MicroPayment orders to save money on fees
  • Send payments in different currencies to different accounts

If only a single rule is triggered, that account will be paid directly. If multiple rules are triggered, the split will happen accordingly.

See How to Setup PayPal Split Payments

This step-by-step guide shows you how to use the PayPal Multi Account plugin to split a single order payment between two seller accounts.

Payment Load Balancer Mode Tutorial

This step-by-step guide shows you how to use our plugin so that payments can be spread across multiple accounts regardless of any specific rules being triggered.

Stop Paying Too Much in Fees on Low Dollar Items!

If you are selling low-price items on your website (typically anything $12.00 or lower) then you want to make sure those orders are processed using a PayPal MicroPayments account in order to get the best rate on fees.  The PayPal transaction fee structure is adjusted to account for these low-price items and you can save quite a bit of money on fees if you process these payments as MicroPayments.

Unfortunately, a single PayPal account cannot handle both regular (Macro) payments as well as MicroPayments at the same time. In order to utilize the MicroPayment fee structure you need to create a separate account that has this structure setup. Of course, you would NOT want to send regularly priced items to this account because then the fee would end up more expensive than the standard rate. So what do you do if you sell both low price items and regularly priced items from the same WooCommerce store?

Now you can use this plugin to solve that exact problem! Simply add your PayPal MicroPayments account with a rule that specifies what order amount should be processed with this account. Now, orders that would be better for you at the regular rate will be processed with your standard PayPal account, and orders that would be better for you at the MicroPayment rate will be processed with your MicroPayment account.

This can save you BIG TIME on fees throughout the course of a year!
